Progress Reports

During the course of my training regimen, one way to measure progress is not only by the amount of miles a run and ride and the number of meters swam, but also through testing.  Each of the three disciplines have their own specific tests, sprinkled throughout my schedule.

For each discipline and during each individual test, the ideal situation is to push to the limit (obviously) but also to have the three times with negative splits (last lap being slightly faster than the one before it, etc.).

This page will keep track of those progress reports.

Swim
Time Trial: 3x300m

Run
Time Trial: 3 miles around a track (12 loops)
